Puzzle guide

See the escape order

Dense boards become manageable when you stop following shapes and start reading dependencies.

Begin at the boundary

Heads already pointing out of the board are natural candidates. Confirm the ray is empty, then remove them to expose the next layer.

Follow what gets unlocked

After each move, look behind the removed arrow. Long arrows often release several heads at once, while a short boundary arrow may unlock only one dependency.

Plan around keys and ice

When locks are present, prioritize a clear ray that crosses a key. Frozen arrows are delayed rather than permanently blocked; solve open arrows while their ice melts.

Use mistakes as information

A blocked click highlights the blocking arrow. With only three hearts, use that information carefully and restart if the current approach becomes unclear.
